Hybrid therapy sessions are available for couples residing within 30 miles of our office location. Contact our office to learn more about this service and determine if it's the right fit for your needs.

We understand that unexpected situations may arise and require changes to your appointment. To help us serve all clients effectively, we kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

• Cancellations made more than 24 hours before your scheduled appointment: You will receive a 100% refund.
• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before your appointment or same-day cancellations:
  • Self-pay clients will be charged the full session fee.
  • Insured clients will be charged their applicable co-payment fee.
• No-Show Appointments: Clients who miss a confirmed appointment without prior notice will be charged a $50.00 no-show fee.

Thank you for your understanding and cooperation. Providing advance notice allows us to offer appointment times to other individuals seeking services and helps us maintain quality care for all clients.
