Throughout our lives we may discover difficulties with adjusting to the stress of life and without effective control or addressing the issues, these problems are possible to create symptoms of depression, anxiety or various severe issues overtime.  Over the years, I have worked in the community to address the issues with young and older adults who struggle with depression, trauma, anxiety and many life stressors.  In our client's therapy, I incorporate Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution-Focused Therapy and Motivational Interviewing to address important needs. Management tools are also included to solve problems and addressing unresolved emotional issues to help heal self and relationships.

As a Licensed Professional Counselor, I join clients in a true and honest journey of creating healthy lifestyles in which emotional control and mental stability are strengthened. In my approach, it is important to me, for our clients to Be empowered, discover possibilities and accommodate new perspectives.
