- Self-Pay
- Various EAP networks-please check with your employer to verify if Wright Therapy and Wellness is a verified provider.
Cancellation and No-show Policy:
- For cancellations made more than 24 hours before your appointment: You'll receive a full 100% refund.
- For cancellations made less than 24 hours in advance, or for same-day cancellations:
- Self-pay clients will be charged the full session type fee.
- Insured clients will be charged co-payment fee.
- No-shows (missing a confirmed appointment without any notice) will incur a fee of $50.00.
To Our Clients: We take your privacy seriously. Your personal information is never shared with any third party without your explicit consent. Any information you provide is used solely to create and maintain your client file for appointments and ongoing therapy sessions.
